Building approval for a remodeling project can often be overwhelming but as license contractor we fully support you and work with the your building to move it towards approval. The building will require acknowledgment of their alteration agreement, all trades should be licensed, insurance certificates should be completed as per the building’s instruction and remodel floorplans need to be provided. .
