“We renovated our kitchen and bathroom and had our apartment painted. In Queens. The project went great. Our co-op board even like how organized their contract and proposal were when they reviewed it. Our Above Remodeling project manager kept us in the loop about everything. Problems that arose were always immediately addressed. We felt comfortable asking their advice with design questions. I can’t think of anything they could have improved on. It is the only renovation we’ve ever done. We were nervous because of the horror stories people would always speak of when renovating. That was not the case with Above Remodeling. The work was completed in a timely manner and delays were usually related to supply deliveries and not the contractors themselves. We would highly recommend them.”
